About Louise Brooks
As an American actress and dancer, Lulu’s contributions to Hollywood include 17 silent and 8 sound films. Her bobbed haircut and unique style made her an iconic symbol of the 1920’s flapper, while her relationships with the rich and famous made her name synonymous with sexual liberation and rebellion. She also made a name as a writer, publishing Lulu in Hollywood in 1982.
